The current research explores the relationship and impacts between digital transformation and organizational commitment Organizations undergoing digital transformation are required to reorganize their information technology and operations, as well as enhance the capabilities of their workforce. All members of the organization must commit to the necessary changes and adjustments. Therefore, organizational commitment in this context lies in the need for the organization to adapt to these changes and ensure good employee interaction with them, the research aims to elucidate the impact of digital transformation at the Technical Management Institute through key indicators, including human, technical, financial, and cultural indicators, and to assess their contribution to creating organizational commitment. The research problem involves formulating questions to establish the causal relationships between the research variables. The researcher devised a hypothetical research plan to understand the nature of the relationships and impacts among the variables.
The research sample consisted of professors working at the institute, and the researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach to examine the hypotheses. A questionnaire was employed as a tool for data collection and assessment of variables and dimensions. Two main hypotheses were classified, leading to several sub-hypotheses. Statistical procedures, including means, standard deviations, response rates, correlations, and impacts, were used for the collected data through the SPSS statistical program (version 26), The researcher reached several conclusions based on the results, highlighting the positive and statistically significant relationship between digital transformation and organizational commitment, impacting overall job performance. This effect increases with the empowerment of human resources within the organization to achieve the desired outcome. The research also proposed various suggestions, including the crucial roles of leadership, capacity building, employee empowerment, tool updates, and communication, as the five factors influencing the success of digital transformation in institutions. Additionally, the study emphasized that upper management support and the readiness of the organization's technological infrastructure positively affect organizational performance and its adoption of digital transformation. Practical recommendations were provided for the organization based on the research findings.
