Abstract

The aim of the research is to diagnose the reality of the quality of work life with the presence of sustainable leadership in the research sample, that is, to know the effect of the independent variable (sustainable leadership) in its four dimensions (harmonious leadership, ethical leadership, personal value leadership, care leadership) on the dependent variable (quality of work life) in its dimensions. The nine (work environment, organization culture and climate, relationship and cooperation, training and development, compensation and rewards, services, job satisfaction and job security, work independence, resource adequacy). A simple random sample of male and female teachers in primary schools in the old city was chosen, which is (5) schools for boys and girls. The total number of male and female teachers actually at work was (80), and the sample for analysis according to the statistical tables is (66), and for the purpose of verifying the sample, (77) were distributed questionnaire, of which

(73) were retrieved, and those valid for analysis amounted to (70). The questionnaire was relied upon as a tool for collecting data. The research sought to know the nature of the effect between the research variables. Several statistical analyzes were adopted for the data, including Cronbach’s alpha, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, and regression analysis using the program. Statistician (SPSS VR.26) The results of the research indicated acceptance of the basic hypothesis, which shows that sustainable leadership improves the level of quality of work life among teachers, as well as acceptance of the sub-hypotheses of the research. Through the current research, cognitive and applied conclusions were reached, including the presence of a statistically significant effect of leadership. Sustainability and quality of work life.
