The current research aims to identify the role of digital human resources management practices in its dimensions (digital employees, digital work, digital employee management) in improving the workplace experience in its dimensions (leadership culture, enabling choice, promoting wellness in the workplace, enhancing absorption, nurturing community values) The research attempted to answer several questions, including: What is the extent of the impact of digital human resources management practices in improving the workplace experience? To answer this main question and other sub-questions, the research relied on two main hypotheses, to measure correlations and influence, using a set of statistical tools for the purpose of Processing and obtaining results using the statistical package program (SPSS v.26), for the data obtained through the questionnaire form distributed to the research sample consisting of (76) employees working in the administrative departments at the College of Administration and Economics - University of Kufa, who were They were determined according to the equation (Steven K. Thompson, 2002: 10), where (80) questionnaires were distributed and (77) questionnaires were retrieved with a retrieval rate of (96%). The research included four sections, the first section is the scientific methodology of the research, and the second section is the theoretical aspect, The third section is the applied aspect, and finally the fourth section comes with conclusions and recommendations.
