The aim of this study is to demonstrate the importance of green innovation and the need to apply it in our service organization because of its great significance in achieving environmental sustainability, through the presence of Green human resources through which to train employees to be competent and with great potential to deal with environmental changes and preserve it from pollution . (75) employees from the General Directorate of traffic were selected for achieving great trends towards green innovation, using the latest electronic devices and equipment, reducing the use of paperwork, designing databases, training employees based on modern devices that provide the best services to citizens, and statistical methods (descriptive statistics, simple regression coefficient ) were used to describe the study sample and achieve the study hypothesis using the Spss program.24, the study found that the Directorate General of traffic is achieving great progress in the field of innovation and Green human resources, and also showed that the Directorate has a great position in the field of electronic dissemination of information and vehicle data, which contributes to reducing The study recommends the need to develop the used service programs and use 100% paperwork, increase staff training using websites and provide high technologies in the field of national internet networks to protect the electronic bases of automotive information from hacking and make them accessible to all citizens .
