Abstract

The current research aims to study the relationship between a toxic workplace environment and job productivity in a men’s ready-to-wear factory in Najaf. The importance of the research is determined by the limited studies that addressed the variables (toxic workplace environment and job productivity). Knowing the nature of the relationship between variables and trying to bridge the knowledge gap. In addition to his attempt to develop the correct treatment for the realistic problem that directly affects the industrial sector in Iraq. Based on the random sampling method, (290) questionnaires were distributed to a number of workers in the factory under study .The number of questionnaires retrieved was (275) and the number of questionnaires suitable for statistical analysis was (266). The results showed that a toxic workplace environment has a significant relationship with job productivity, as well as that a toxic workplace environment has a negative impact on job productivity
