With the continued progress in digital transformation, the digital financial industry is expected to grow rapidly in the coming years, providing greater access to banking services and increasing financial inclusion around the world. The main question addressed in this research was: What is the impact and role of digital transformation in promoting financial inclusion? The results indicate that digital transformation has a positive and statistically significant impact on financial inclusion. The results of the study also show that financial inclusion plays a pivotal role in mediating the negative impact of the digitization of banking operations
