The role of financial technology in improving banking performance An exploratory study in Al Janoub Islamic Bank

Abstract

 The research seeks to explain the role of financial technology in improving banking performance through an exploratory study at Al Janoob Islamic Bank. To achieve the research goal, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the questionnaire form was used as a tool for collecting data. (50) questionnaires were distributed to a sample of working individuals, and the results were reached. The research indicates that the management of the researched bank possesses operational skills that enable it to achieve excellence in its banking performance, and the research suggests the need for the researched bank to enable its customers to pay all their financial dues with complete ease through financial technology.
