Our research aims to test the correlation and impact between its variables (job involvement, quality of service) in the Najaf Municipalities Directorate and to demonstrate the extent of their application . The main problem of our research can be summarized in clarifying the role that job involvement plays in supporting and enhancing the quality of service provided in business organizations. The researcher did By adopting the analytical approach, the data was processed and analyzed using the statistical program Smart PLS V.4, and data collection was based on the questionnaire in the researched organization. Our research targeted employees working in the Najaf Municipalities Directorate. (70) questionnaires were distributed to employees in the organization throughout the research. I retrieved (65) questionnaires ready for analysis, and it became clear through the research that increasing employees’ involvement and involvement in performing their work is a model that contributes to enhancing the quality of service provided that business organizations aim to achieve and achieve the goals they seek efficiently.
