The Role of Technical Innovation in Developing Hotel Services - A Descriptive and Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in Several Hotel Organizations in the Iraqi Capital, Baghdad

Abstract

  The study aims at verifying the relationship between the influence of technical innovation in developing hotel service. It is an applied study of the opinions of a sample of administrative workers in a number of hotel organizations in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad. It shows the application of technical innovation in hotel service and its dimensions. The research problem is identified by several questions and the most prominent question is: what is the impact of technical innovation on the development of hotel services?

     The research hypotheses are subjected to tests to confirm their validity. The questionnaire is used as the main means of collecting data. The research method, which is employed in this research, is a descriptive analytical exploratory method. Research sample is (45) of the opinions of a number of different department managers and workers in a number of hotel organizations in Baghdad. The statistical analysis package (SPSSV.25) is used as a set of statistical evidence, including (elastic deviation, and relative significance) to show the results. The research question is illustrated as the following:
