Abstract

The research aims to shed light on the concept of organizational integrity and its reflection on the quality of strategic decisions, considering organizational integrity as a direction that the organization adheres to in order to preserve the values ​​and principles that shape its culture and guide the behavior of individuals and in turn reflect on the quality of strategic decisions. Organizational integrity is a decisive factor in improving the quality of strategic decisions and contributes to building an ethical and sustainable work environment that supports the achievement of institutional goals successfully and effectively, through a survey of the opinions of a sample of employees in Iraqi Airways, which is one of the companies affiliated with the Iraqi Ministry of Transport in Baghdad, and included managers in senior and middle management, numbering (120) individuals out of (126) individuals. The questionnaire was used as a primary tool for collecting data and information, and their answers were analyzed using the statistical program (SPSS) in entering and analyzing data. The most important tools are arithmetic means, standard deviations, factor analysis method, and regression equation. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most prominent of which were: It is clear that the company enjoys a high level of organizational optimism, which indicates that employees feel optimistic about the company's goals and directions, which contributes to raising the quality of strategic decisions. Organizational optimism is a motivating factor that contributes to enhancing performance and makes employees more willing to cooperate in decision-making processes. The research recommends: Enhancing interactive and transparent communication channels between the company's various departments, to strengthen organizational trust and unify efforts towards achieving strategic goals.
