Abstract

The quality in higher education is a fundamental matter that institutions and universities aim at, and in light of the rapid technological changes, transformations and developments that have taken place in various fields, many institutions have adopted e-learning as a basic educational tool, This matter has increased in light of the covid 19 crisis. This research aims to identify the relationship between e-learning strategies and the quality in higher education, the study adopted a structural model by adopting structural modeling to identify the components of the models and to clarify the causal relationships between variables and dimensions, and then test the hypotheses and their components to reach a final applicable model, the study reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are the adoption of the blended e-learning is the most effective in improving the quality in higher education.
