Abstract

The aims of this paper is to assess the actual reality of quality management at the Technical College of Electrical Engineering and the requirements of the quality management system in accordance with the specification ISO 21001: 2018, as the research starts from the college’s need to keep abreast of administrative developments in the field of adopting quality management systems in order to improve the educational system environment and to be reflected in improving the quality of its output. we adopted the case study approach to reach the fields related to the application of the system and achieve the research objectives that depend on field coexistence, observation and discussion, and checklists were used to collect data and information, as well as a number of statistical tools for measuring the gap and analyzing it, and the results showed that the application gap (ISO21001: 2018) at the College of Electrical Engineering Technology, it stands at (70.67%).
