Abstract

The research aims to determine the role played by Strategic Entrepreneurshipin organizational excellence, as the research focuses on (a sample of lecturers in the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kufa), therefore Strategic Entrepreneurshipis considered one of the basic elements for achieving organizational excellence. By adopting innovative entrepreneurial strategies, organizations can achieve sustainable growth to distinguish themselves from their competitors. Therefore, (the research sample) suffers from a weakness in adopting Strategic Entrepreneurshipin order to distinguish themselves and excel in their work. Accordingly, the research problem was formulated as follows: (The role of Strategic Entrepreneurshipaffects the organizational brilliance in the College of Administration and Economics/University of Kufa), and in order to extract some of the trends specific to the research problem, a hypothetical research plan was formed to accommodate its variables, and in light of it, the research hypotheses were developed, as the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data and the forms were subjected to statistical analysis using the statistical program SPSS V.26, where the researchers directly distributed (120) questionnaires to a random sample of lecturers at the College of Administration and Economics, University of Kufa, and after (116) questionnaires were retrieved, it was found that the number of questionnaires valid for statistical analysis reached (112) questionnaires with a response rate of (96%). This is a sufficient number based on the statistical table (Krejcie, 1970: 608), which indicates that since the community is 140 individuals, the sufficient number to represent this community is at least 108 individuals. The research concluded that there is a relationship between Strategic Entrepreneurshipand organizational excellence. The research summarized several recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity for the college to encourage the building of partnerships and alliances that support innovation and present creative ideas, and the necessity of using flexibility in confronting the changes occurring in the educational environment.
