Abstract

 The study aimed to identify the impact of electronic media in reducing marketing chaos. A number of stores distributed in Dohuk were selected as a field computer & a source for collecting data by adopting a questionnaire that was distributed to workers in retail stores. Achieve its objectives & find answers to its questions within its theoretical & practical framework, the study relied on the descriptive & analytical approach & relied on a ready-made programming package (SPSS). A number of conclusions were reached the most important of which is than marketing chaos is formed as a result of the researched stores having sufficient data & information for forecasting & planning which leads to the weakness of their activities & competitors exploiting their weaknesses & enhancing their strengths. Based on the conclusions, several recommendations were presented, the most important of which is the need for the researched retail stores to pay attention to developing & expecting. Electronic promotional mean to enhance their relationship with customers through which marketing chaos can be reduced.
