Abstract

The current research aims to test the impact of retention strategies for golden-collar workers in reducing organizational stupidity in private secondary schools operating in the city of Najaf, as well as diagnosing the level of schools’ interest in research variables and their dimensions. Based on the novelty of research variables and their importance at the level of the education sector, secondary schools and their individuals, the research adopted the (descriptive-exploratory) approach, and it was applied in the environment of the Ministry of Education to be the study community of teaching staff in secondary schools. The research sample was (284) teachers specialized in education and teaching (comprehensive enumeration method), as the sample was intentional and quota of specialized teachers. The researcher distributed (284) questionnaires to them over three months, and the researcher was able to retrieve (262) questionnaires, and upon differentiation, (250) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis. The questionnaire was supported by limited interviews, while statistical programs (AMOS) were used. V.25- SPSS V.26) to analyze the primary data, adopting descriptive and inferential statistical methods represented by (normal distribution test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, validity and reliability test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient simple linear regression coefficient and the multiple regression coefficient were used to test the five hypotheses stemming from the main questions. Statistical analysis revealed a number of results, the most notable of which was the role of retention strategies for gold-collar employees in reducing organizational stupidity in private secondary schools.
