Abstract

The current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between leadership narcissism and workplace ostracism through a survey of the opinions of a sample of faculty members in private colleges in the holy province of Karbala. To achieve this goal, (260) questionnaires were distributed. On this basis, a number of conclusions and recommendations have been developed, the most important of which is the establishment of internal regulations that do not contradict the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, clarifying the standards and desirable behaviors to work within the educational environment, which address leaders and faculty members with the need for continuous follow-up.
