Abstract

The current study aims to test the role of smart human resources management in reducing strategic misinformation at Trade Bank of Iraq branches (T.BI) in Citeis (Najaf, Karbala, and Babylon), in addition to diagnosing the level of banks’ interest in the research variables and their dimensions, the resarch adopted the (descriptive-exploratory) approach, and it was applied in the Trade Bank of Iraq (T.B.I) to be the population resarch.

 The research population and sample were all employees in the bank’s branches, numbering (139) employees specialized in banking work, as the sample was comprehensive. The researcher distributed (139) questionnaires within three months, the researcher was able to recived (139) questionnaires. Upon differentiation, (139) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis to represent the entire sample. The questionnaire was supported by limited interviews, while statistical programs (AMOS V.25- SPSS V.26) were used to analyze the primary data.

The descriptive and statistical methods represented by to test the four hypotheses from the main questions, the statistical analysis showed a number of results was the there are effect of smart human resources management inreducing strategic misinformation in the Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI).
