The results confirmed that cities use high-tech technologies in the field of technology, optical networks, waste management, green spaces, noise reduction, and traffic regulation while providing sustainable entertainment. The researchers recommend the necessity of caring for and monitoring cities, some of which are still under construction and must conform to the specifications of smart cities Because it is an important global trend in Basra Governorate to contribute to reducing pollution and creating a sustainable environment sufficient for a direct increase in population.
