Leadership Capital And Its Impact On Superior Entrepreneurial Performance Through Magical Thinking And The Moderator Role Of The Overlapping Waves Strategy
An analytical study of the opinions of a sample of administrative university leaders in private universities in some of the Middle Euphrates governorates: Najaf, Karbala, and Babylon.

Purpose: The current study aims to understand leadership capital and its impact on superior entrepreneurial performance through magical thinking and the Moderator role of the overlapping waves strategy.
Design/Methodology: The study problem was defined by a number of questions, the most important of which was (How can leadership capital be activated in Iraqi private universities through unconventional tools such as magical thinking and the waves strategy, to achieve superior entrepreneurial performance that keeps pace with modern requirements)? The number of questionnaires distributed reached (125). After sorting and verifying the data, the number of questionnaires valid for analysis reached (120).
Results: The study reached several results, the most important of which was that leadership capital does not operate in isolation from the cognitive or strategic environment. Rather, its effectiveness is enhanced through magical thinking that liberates entrepreneurial imagination, and an overlapping waves strategy that the path toward superior performance.
