This study investigated the extent of the use of information technology in the hotel sector and the extent of its impact on improving the quality of hotel service.
The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach by stating the theoretical foundations of the study variables, and then adopted a questionnaire form that included the study variables (information technology and service quality) and collected the necessary data from the research sample of (100) people and analyzed them based on the statistical program SPSS. The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the use of information technology has an important role in improving the quality of hotel service.
