This research examines the impact of emotional intelligence in leadership on the quality of communication between leaders and employees in academic institutions. The need for this research arose due to the limited practical application of emotional intelligence skills in Arab institutions and the recurring issues of misunderstanding and organizational conflicts. The research aims to analyze the most effective components of emotional intelligence in enhancing the quality of leadership communication and to offer practical solutions for integrating emotional intelligence into leadership training and development policies, thereby improving the work environment. The research is significant because it fills a gap in Arabic literature on the impact of organizational emotional intelligence and provides practical insights for decision-makers regarding improving communication, reducing conflicts, and increasing team productivity. The study employed a quantitative approach, using Al-Nusour University as a case study. Questionnaires were distributed to a random sample of 250 administrative and academic staff members from all organizational levels. Statistical analyses, such as means, standard deviations, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression analysis, were used to reveal the impact of emotional intelligence dimensions on communication quality. The results showed a strong positive relationship between emotional intelligence, particularly its dimensions related to social awareness and relationship management, and the quality of leadership communication
