Inspirational Leadership and Its Impact on Strategic Vigilance An Analytical Exploratory Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Security Leaders in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residency in Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate

Our current study aims to test the role of inspirational leadership in strategic vigilance in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence in Najaf Governorate, as well as diagnosing the level of interest of the Directorate of Civil Status in Najaf in the variables of the study and its sub-dimensions. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach to accomplish Requirements of the study, as the study was applied to a sample of workers at the administrative and security levels, represented by (Department of Residence Affairs, Department of Passports Affairs, Department of National Card, Department of Civil Status Affairs, Department of Nationality Affairs, Department of Information Office, Department of Administrative Affairs). The sample was intentional in these departments. The researcher distributed (295) questionnaires to them. He was able to use (265) questionnaires that are valid for statistical analysis and through which they can survey their opinions about the variables of the study. He used a number of statistical programs (Amos V.25, Smart pls V.3.3, SPSS V.26) to analyze the primary data with the adoption of descriptive and inferential statistical tools to test the data and hypotheses of the study.
