Abstract

The research aims to reveal the nature of the relationship between the effectiveness of the work team and social responsibility, as the study problem was identified in a number of questions, the most important of which was “Do the administrative and professional leaders in the organization in question realize the effects of the effectiveness of the work team on social responsibility? How can this be verified? In order to achieve the objectives of The study and answering its questions, the researcher chose a sample of workers in the Iraqi Red Crescent, and the study was based on a set of main and sub hypotheses. Analysis and processing of data and information, hypotheses were tested and results were extracted using ready-made statistical programs (SmartPLS, SPSS). The study reached a set of theoretical and applied conclusions, perhaps the most important of which is that the organization under study has some decline in certain aspects, such as its decline in the effectiveness of the work team.
