The role of Authentic Leadership Behaviors in promoting Harmony Workplace

The study aims to reveal the relationship and impact of Authentic Leadership Behaviors in promoting Harmony Workplace with an exploratory study of the opinions of a sample of managers, heads of departments and divisions, and employees of the office of the Holy Najaf Governorate. The problem of the study revolves around the extent to which the role of Authentic Leadership Behaviors contributes to its dimensions (Self-Awareness, Relational Transparency, Balanced Processing of Information, Internalised moral perspective) by promoting Harmony Workplace in the governorate office, and the importance of the study is embodied through the important role of Harmony workplace in the vitality of the governorate and its economic and urban recovery, etc., and the importance of achieving it by an authentic leader to help reduce the phenomenon of corruption and work on Proceeding with projects and not stopping and/or procrastinating. For the purpose of collecting data to achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, the questionnaire and personal distribution were adopted on the respondents. The study population amounted to (707) employees, and the required sample was (250) employees. In order to ensure the required forms, (270) questionnaires were distributed and (260) were retrieved. A questionnaire that met the conditions of the required sample, and is suitable for statistical analysis, with a response rate of (90.9%). The data was analyzed using the two programs (AMOS V. 25 & SPSS V. 26); The researcher's findings confirmed the existence of a highly significant correlation and impact relationship between the variables of the study. In addition to the most important conclusions and recommendations of the study.
