Abstract

The current study seeks to determine the role that the self-capabilities of the employees can play as a mediating variable between effective leadership and the quality of performance. Better public service, and the leadership element is the most important axis in the success of any organization that seeks to achieve its mission and strategic goals, and the quality of performance is reflected in its activation on the performance of individuals, and it has adopted the descriptive analytical approach in building its model and analyzing and interpreting its data, and the study population represents the employees of the Great Martyrs Foundation of Najaf Their number is (380) employees occupying separate places in the institution, as the data was collected by distributing the questionnaire that was designed based on a group of contemporary literature, with (58) items distributed on the three variables of the study, and the study sample consisted of (210) individuals who were distributed to them The questionnaire, (194) questionnaires were retrieved, and the study used a set of statistical methods such as (Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and regression analysis) through the use of applied programs (SPSS.V.20, SMART PLS) to analyze and process the data, and it reached a number of conclusions, most notably.
