Abstract

This research aims to identify the role of Organizational agility in achieving strategic sustainability in the company of Fayd al-Qesim  in the province of Najaf, as the The researcher used two main variables: the independent variable which is Organizational agility and its dimensions (response, ability, flexibility, and speed, Competition), And the variable adopted is Strategic Sustainability and its dimensions (Environmental orientation, Social orientation, Economic orientation), These variables reflect the nature of the search hypotheses of correlation and effect. The survey questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting research data. The questionnaire was distributed to 70 the leaders in the company of Fayd al-Qesim of the research community(311), And received (66) form valid for statistical analysis A number of tools and methods  statistical were used to analyze the practical aspect of research such as arithmetic mean and standard deviation, And analysis barametric Confirmation  And the Pearson correlation coefficient and the simple and multiple regression coefficient were analyzed by statistical programs (Smart PLS V.4.0.8.4 , SPSS V.26)

The research reached a number of conclusions, including there is a clear acceptance by the leaders of in the company of Fayd al-Qasim  regarding the availability of organizational agility that contributes to achieving strategic sustainability in the company, as well as reaching a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the importance of the direction of senior management in the company to form teams of leaders and specialists conduct educational seminars and lectures regarding flexibility, speed, response, ability and competition in Fayd Al-Qasim Company and implant them in line with the administrative, technical, organizational and social reality. And to begin transformation on a small scale in specific areas to achieve strategic sustainability because it is important to learn through work and evaluate continuous progress and adapt to changing circumstances,
