The research aims to know the fluctuations that occur in the exchange rate and their impact on the Iraqi economy, as well as foreign transactions resulting from imports in foreign currencies, And clarifying its impact on financial transfer with a statement of the Central Bank’s policy towards exchange rates and clarifying the impact of these prices on import operations by determining the cost of prices that entered the country, which is reflected in the event of a decrease or increase in the products that were entered at one exchange rate and sold at another exchange rate as a result of the fluctuations occurring in them, Two main hypotheses have been identified for the research: What is the relationship of the exchange rate to foreign remittances, and the second hypothesis: Is there an impact of exchange rate changes on foreign remittances, The researcher reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which was revealed through the research that the relationship between the exchange rate and financial transfer is a relationship of influence between the two variables through the changes that the exchange rate causes in cases of rise and fall that affect the financial operations of importers in the event of carrying out import activities.
