أثر سعر الصرف على التحويل المالي دراسة في الجهاز المصرفي العراقي

يهدف البحث الى معرفة التقلبات التي تحدث على سعر الصرف واثرها على الاقتصاد العراقي وكذلك تعاملات الخارجية الناتجة عن الاستيرادات بالعملات الاجنبية , وتوضيح اثرها على التحويل المالي مع بيان سياسة البنك المركزي تجاه اسعار الصرف وتوضيح اثر هذه الاسعار على عمليات الاستيرادات من خلال تحديد كلفة الاسعار التي دخلت للبلاد والتي تنعكس في حال الانخفاض والارتفاع على المنتجات التي ادخلت بسعر صرف وتباع بسعر صرف اخر نتيجة التقلبات الحاصلة علية , تم تحديد مشكلة البحث من خلال مدى تأثير اسعار الصرف من حيث انخفاضها وارتفاعها على التحويل المالي الذي يقوم به التجار والمستوردين وتحديد حجم العملات الاجنبية الخارجة بواسطة الاستيراد وقياس تأثير هذه الانشطة على المخزون من العملات الاجنبية , فقد تم تحديد فرضيتين رئيستين للبحث هما ماهي علاقة سعر الصرف بالحوالات الخارجية والفرضية الثانية هل هناك اثر لتغيرات اسعار الصرف على الحوالات الخارجية , وتوصل الباحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها تبين من خلال البحث أن العلاقة بين سعر الصرف والتحويل المالي علاقة تأثير بين المتغيرين من خلال ما يحدثه سعر الصرف من تغيرات في حالات الارتفاع والانخفاض توثر على العمليات المالية للمستوردين في حال القيام بالأنشطة الاستيرادية .
