The Role of Spiritual Capital in Reducing Laziness in the Workplace: An Analytical Study of the Opinions of a Sample of Employees in the General Directorate of Education in Najaf

The purpose of the current study is to identify the intellectual foundations of two variables (spiritual capital and laziness in the workplace) and to diagnose the level of reliance on spiritual capital in the researched organization, as the problem of the study was the presence of cases of laziness in the workplace in the researched organization, and in order to answer the questions of the study. To verify its objectives, the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted, as the education sector, especially the General Directorate of Education in the Najaf Governorate, was represented in the field to implement it, and a random sample of individuals working in the aforementioned directorate was selected, amounting to (400) individuals out of a population of (1522) individuals, and a form was adopted. The questionnaire is an essential tool for collecting the necessary data and information. It consisted of (41) paragraphs that covered the study variables with their sub-dimensions. The study tested a number of hypotheses, the validity of which was verified by the two statistical programs (smart pls) and spssv.23.
