Abstract

The paper seeks to prove the influence of the graceful culture in the higher education sector and how it can contribute to improving the quality of educational service, by understanding the differences that exist between educational institutions in the methods and practices used in applying the culture of the agile system as a modern and contemporary administrative approach. For the sake of the accuracy of the responses retrieved, so that the final number valid for the analysis amounts to (84) a questionnaire, and the descriptive and analytical approach was adopted in the study, and then analyzed using some methods and to test the scale, (Alpha Cronbach’s, global analysis) was employed, and the results have been obtained using the program to analyze the data and arrive at a group of conclusions, the most prominent of which is the existence of a correlation between the Lean culture and the quality of educational service.
