تقويم برامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة الكوفة من وجهتي نظر اساتذتها وطلبتها

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى تفويم برامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة الكوفة وتكوين عينة الدراسة من الاساتذة والطلاب واظهرت النتائج ان مستوى برامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة الكوفة كان متوسط في كثير من مجالاته وضعيف في مجالات اخرى ، ويحتاج الى تطوير وتحسين، كما بينت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين اعضاء هيأة التدريس في مجال التسهيلات العلمية والبحثية لصالح التخصصات العلمية وفي مجال النظام الاداري ، وخرج بالتوصيات بتوظيف الوسائل التكنولوجية في العملية التعليمية مع مراعاة الاختصاصات والاقاب العلمية ، فتح المجال امام الطلبة للتدريب الميداني. 

The aim of the study is to evaluate higher studying programs of Kufa University, The sample of studying consisted of (78) lecturers and (150) students from all College have higher studying programs.
The descriptive scientific methodology was used. Tow questionairs of ten – dimensions as used to ansewer the research questions for lectures, and eleven dimensions as used to answer the research questions for students. The results showed that the level of higher studying programs were middely in more fields, and weakly in other fields, and these programs need to development them. There were statistical differences in respondents answers of lectures in research and instructional facilitates fields in favor for scientific specification, and in administrative system of higher studying programs in favor for profesfor, and instruction methods field in favor for humaintanan specification. And there were statistical differences in respondents answers of students in research and instruction facilitates field in favor for of scientific specification of male doctoral study, and in known with goals of program of higher studying and perpartion stage field in favor for doctoral students, and in before acceptance stage field in favor for male master students, the several recommendations were made .
