الهند والتوزان الدولي - رؤية مستقبلية

Abstract

تعد الهند قوة إقليمية كبرى، والنمو المتحقق في امكاناتها يؤهلها لان ترفع مقدار تاثيرها في النظام الدولي، وفي التوازنات الدولية. والبحث يتناول موضوع قوة هذه الدولة، وموضوع التوازنات الدولية، وينتهي ان التوازن الدولي غير مستقر في عناصره، منذ مستهل الالفية الجديدة، بحكم الحراك الموجود في علاقات القوى، ويمكن ان ينتهي إلى وجود اكثر من دولة في قمته، تضبطه وتؤثر فيه، وفي التفاعلات العالمية، وستكون الهند من بين تلك الدول، فالهند اصبحت قوة يتعاظم تاثيرها اقتصاديا وعسكريا وتكنولوجيا وسياسيا على نحو لا يمكن للقوى الأخرى ان تتجاهل وجودها في النظام الدولي.  

India is  considered as a major regional power and the growth achieved in  its potential qualifies her to raise the amount of influence in the international system . The research deals with the subject of the power of this state and the international balances  and ended with the idea that the  international balance unstable in its  elements since the beginning of the new millennium  as a result of the existing mobility located in the power relations. It could the end to presence of more than one country at its peak seized and affect it in the  global interactions,  India will be among those countries.

India has become a strong force  which its power is growing economically , militarily , politically  and technology.

In a manner  that no other force can ignore its presence in the international system.
