ظاهرة الاندماج الاجتماعي للجنسين في كلية الفنون الجميلة - جامعة بابل

Abstract

يهدف البحث الحالي إلى كشف ظاهرة الاندماج الاجتماعي للجنسين في كلية الفنون الجميلة بجامعة بابل وقد تضمن أربعة فصول , الفصل الأول مشكلة البحث وأهميته والحاجة إليه و يتطلب دراسة الموضوعات النفسية والتربوية موضحا أثرها للمجتمع كونه مزيج من تقاليد وسلوكيات مختلفة ومعايير اجتماعية فضلا عن تطور عناصر الاندماج وتفاعل القوى البشرية ثقافيا واستثمارها على تحقيق أهدافها في تعزيز مكانة الجامعة باعتبارها مركز إشعاع خلاق للثقافة ينتقي القيم الخلقية الاجتماعية , ومن هنا برزت الحاجة له والحدود الزمانية والمكانية ضمن منطقة البحث وتحديدا للمصطلحات , فالظاهرة عادة اكتسبها المجتمع من غير نظامه ألقيمي فأما أن تتدحض وأما أن تتخل ضمن معاييره الاجتماعية وكان الاندماج تفاعلا اجتماعيا- ثقافيا ضمن صفة ما تتوحد لفترة زمنية معينة بالآراء والمفاهيم القائمة على أساس بناء العلاقات بين الأفراد , فالاجتماعي هو الميل نحو مجانسة الآخرين والألفة بينهم بما يتفق الآراء والأفكار وفق المواقف الاجتماعية لإنشاء رابطة مشتركة بين كل فرد لتحقيق الوحدة وإنهاء الفوارق الطبقية ونجاح العملية التربوية والثقافية فهو الاختلاط الاجتماعي _ الثقافي أما الجنس دال على النوع الإنساني مذكرا أو مؤنثا يتبعون سلوكا اجتماعيا معينا كل حسب طريقته التي يظهر بها في الطبيعة أمام المجتمع , واشتمل الفصل الثاني على الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة فالمؤشرات ضمت أسس الاندماج وقواعده وأثر البيئة والشخصية عليه ,تضمن الفصل الثالث الإجراءات المجتمع والعينة والأداة والوسيلة الإحصائية وتوزيع ورقة الاستبيان على المراحل كافة بحجم (42) شخصا وبواقع (21) لكل من الجنسين وفق اختصاصاتهم الفنية بالمقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة حسب أربعة مجالات (الأهداف- التطبيق- الدوافع- التأثير) صيغت بـ(19) فقرة (9) منها بمعلومات ذاتية و(10) موضوعية من خلال استعمال المرجح والوسط الحسابي بمعادلة (فيشر) كوسيلة إحصائية لمعرفة الدرجة الحدية للفقرات التي تتحقق وكالآتي:

الفصل الرابع تضمن النتائج والاستنتاجات والتوصيات والمقترحات 1-أظهرت الجانب الايجابي في تحقيق الظاهرة أعلاه  2- تعد الظاهرة محاولة موضوعية لتقويم الجانبين النفسي والتربوي للجنسين في البلد 3-تحويل الواقع التربوي بصورة جذرية إلى واقع أكثر تطلعا وعدم انحساره في رقعة جغرافية محددة وبمديات ضيقة في سلوك المجتمع الواحد وضرورة الاهتمام بها لتشمل الكليات الأخرى وختمت الدراسة بالمصادر والملاحق والجداول  ثم ملخص البحث باللغة الانكليزية والسلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته .

This research aim at the phenomenon of Social inclusion unisex in the college of Fine Arts at the University of Babylon. The Research consists of four chapter : The first chapter  The researcher problem ,its significance and its value Requires a study of the subjects of mental and educational  Explaining the track community being a combination of  traditions and  behavior  different criteria for Social ,as well as the evolution of the elements of merger and interaction manpower Culturally, Invest achieve their goals in enhancing the status of the University as a center of radiation  creative culture, select the values, of  congenital Social Hence popped the need to him , borders the temporal and spatial within the area of research and terminology usually gained Society of non-its values are either to refute as. For the fall within the standard it’s Social.  The merger interactive socially – culturally within the status of the unite for a certain time the views and concepts menu- on – building relationships between individuals. The Social is a tendency towards homonym others and costs them in accordance opinions and idea according to Social attitudes to set up the Association of Inter- everyone to a achieve the module to end the differences class and success of the process of educational and cultural it is a mixing Socio- cultural eithersex.
