جدوى التخطيط البيئي على تخصيص الموارد الاقتصادية في العراق

Abstract

تعد البيئة أكثر الموضوعات تشعبًا ، بما لا يمكن تجسيد مفهومها بمعزل عن جملة العناصر المتعلقة بها في الهواء والماء والتربة ،الموارد الطبيعية والطاقة والكائنات الحية والإنسان، نظراً  لتباين طبيعة نتائج المشاكل الناجمة وافرازاتها في سياق فرضيات البحث والاستدلال المنهجي ، وعليه تتفاوت اهتمامات الباحث البيولوجي في البيئة عن الاقتصادي والفيزياوي لاختلاف ادوات البحث لإنها إجمالي الظروف الخارجية التي تؤثر في حياة الكائن الحي ونموه وبقائه.   Environment is more topics Chaba , including can not embody the concept of isolation from the inter -related elements in the air, water and soil , natural resources , energy, and organisms and humans , due to the varied nature of the results of the problems caused and the repercussions in the context of the research hypotheses and reasoning systematic , and it varied interests researcher diversity in the environment for economic and physicist of the different research tools and the environment here can be defined as : is the total external conditions that affect the life of the organism , growth and survival .Is an environmental planning of great importance in the life of all societies both developed or developing , but that the need for such planning to be more of a country like Iraq has undergone exceptional circumstances as a result of wars in his environment through the period of time in excess of a quarter of a century  and due to the depletion of resources and environmental contamination which requires statistic comprehensive environmental degradation in order to get rid of the remnants of environmental problems on the one hand , and the preservation of its resources through sustainable development on the other hand , especially after the introduction of the Ministry of the environment , which put at the heart of its responsibilities planning is guaranteed to stop the deterioration and prevents the depletion of environmental resources .
