Abstract

يتألف هذا البحث من ثلاث مباحث :-

المبحث الأول : أخباره
[ اسمـــه ]
يتحدث الباحث هنا عن أسمه وأخباره حيث اتفقت كل التراجم التي رجع إليها الباحث على إن اسمه : محمد بن علي بن عبيد الله بن الخضر بن هارون الغساني ، واصله من قرية بغربي ّ مالقة.
[ كنيته ]
لم تختلف التراجم التي ترجمة له حول كنيته ، فقد عرف بابن عسكر وكنيته – أبا عبد الله.
[ ولادتـــه ]
بعض المصادر خمنت أن ولادته كانت في سنة أربع وثمانين وخمسمائة .

المبحث الثاني :

يتحدث المبحث هنا عن موضوعات شعره :
لم يخرج أبن عسكر في موضوعات شعره عما اعتاده شعراء الأندلس من موضوعات ، وقد كان واضحا ً عليها الطابع الأخلاقي والديني ، وشيء من الحكمة والالتزام ، ولم يكن هجاءً .. ويبدو هذا واضحاً على شعره بحكم مهنته كقاضٍ ومفتٍ وما يتطلبه هذا المجال من أجواء لا بد ان تبتعد كل البعد عن كل قبيح مستكره ، وقد لمسنا هذا الأمر على شعره سواءً في قصائده الطويلة أو في مقاطعاته . ومن أهم موضوعاته :
[ الوصــف ]
يعد هذا الموضوع من أهم الموضوعات الشعرية انتشاراً عند شعراء الأندلس بشكل لا يختلف عليه اثنان ، لما توفره لهم الطبيعة من أجواء سحرية فاتنة وما تعكسه من انطباعات في نفوسهم . ولكن موضوع الوصف عن ابن عسكر لم يكن مما يثير الانتباه والدهشة ، ولكنه وصف أعتاده كما قلنا أكثر شعراء الأندلس على الإطلاق ، فهو على سبيل المثال يقف واصفاً في أكثر من مقطوعة شخص (( أحدب )) فيقول في أحداها :

وقد رغب منه الفقيه الكاتب أبو الحسن الرعيني أن يجز أولاده , فكتب إليه شعراً ثم أرفقه إذ قال : وبعد : فإنـِّهُ لما دَعَا لهَذهِ الإجابة أكرَم داع ٍ, وَجَبَ الفِعلُ بالإتـِّباع لا بالابتِدَاع . فـَكمْ آلي عَليَّ أنْ أبْرزَ في مِنـَصةِ العَجْز سعالي , وأطرِّزَ مِنَ العُذر ِمَا أحتـَمِلُ بـِهِ عَلى علا لتي . فـَلعَلَّ هَذا المُكلـَّفَ قـَصَدَ أنْ يَجْمَعَ إلى الخَزِّ المَشُوب , أو أظـُنـّه طـَلبَ أنْ يَنـْظِمَ إلى الدُرِّ المَخشَوب .

This research consists of three sections: -
