This research aims to raise the level of performance in the public sector departments of the research sample and assist them in achieving their set goals, and the aspirations of the beneficiaries of their services, by using modern technologies in their work, including the project resource planning system (ERP) as well as providing these departments with knowledge about the requirements for successful implementation This system, which leads to a smoother implementation path, and personal interviews and the questionnaire were used to find out the opinions of the sample about the extent of the impact of a number of requirements that must be met for the success of the implementation of the system, namely: (supporting senior management, re-engineering operations, information technology, and the development of strategic vision, Availability of technical knowledge of human resources, effective project management, and support of system vendors), and used the statistical program (SPSS.V20) to analyze the results of the natural distribution of research data, and describe and diagnose search variables, as well as use the statistical program (Smart PLS) to confirm the global confirmation of scale paragraphs and the stability of dimensions And also to test impact relationships, the research reached a set of theoretical conclusions, including: (The ERP system is one of the modern systems classified as the most important development in the world. The corporate communication technologies business, as it employs the latest technology, and includes best practices of operations management, as it has a common database that leads to achieving integration across the economic unit. As for the process, we mention them: (There is a possibility to implement the ERP system in the research sample departments to provide implementation requirements) , And recommendations.
