يهدف البحث إلى اختبار تأثير التعلم الريادي بأبعاده (التعلم الريادي الاستكشافي, التعلم الريادي الاستثماري) في الابداع بنموذج الاعمال بأبعاده (نموذج الاعمال المستند الى التجديد, نموذج الاعمال المستند الى الكفاءة). وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وقد شملت العينة على (120) فردا من المدراء ورؤساء الاقسام في المصارف الاهلية في محافظات الفرات الاوسط (الديوانية, بابل, كربلاء المقدسة, النجف الاشرف, والمثنى). ولأجل تحقيق هدف البحث تم انشاء انموذج افتراضي لها يوضح طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرات الثلاثة للدراسة وتم اعتماد الاستبانة بوصفها أداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات. تم توزيع الاستبانة على افراد عينة الدراسة وكان عددها (142) استبانة وتم استرجاع (130) استبانة, وتم استخدام العديد من الاساليب الاحصائية منها الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري ومعامل الاختلاف ونمذجة المعادلة الهيكلة وباستخدام برنامج (AMOS,20 وSPSS V.25) في تشخيص متغيرات الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات.
