اقتضت سنة الله ألا يكون جميع البشر على دين واحد، فالأديان متعددة، فعندما يعتنق الإنسان دينًا ما، فإنه يؤمن بصحته. ومن الطبيعي جدًا أن يعتقد أتباع دين معين أنهم على حق والآخرون على باطل لاختلاف المعتقدات.
وقد جاء البحث مقسما الى اربعة مطالب, المطلب الاول جاء بعنوان التعددية الدينية والثمار الاخلاقية , اما المطلب الثاني جاء بعنوان الديمقراطية الليبرالية, وتحدثنا في المطلب الثالث عن التعددية العميقة, وفي المطلب الرابع عن التعددية الدينية والتحول التام.
