Black irony is one of the most important modern phenomena that entered the arts of Iraqi narration, as it had an important role in highlighting many of the fallacies that the Iraqi people suffered during the occupation period. The purpose of that irony was not to abuse or just use a specific style, but rather it was meant to describe the facts and behaviors of that society, especially the political and social events and the contradictions that resulted from them. Therefore, this phenomenon represented a new type of expression, through which the novelist tried to remove all the sounds of desolation that swept his society, but in a professional manner based on awareness and awareness; In order to bring the Iraqi society to safety.
