The impact of the organizational values structure on the decision-making process in financial institutions-An exploratory analytical study of a sample of workers in Iraqi governmental insurance companies

The current research aims to know the impact of the organizational values structure in its dimensions (organization management values, task management values, Relationship management values, environmental management values) In the decision-making process in financial institutions, its dimensions (Task or work factor, Objectivity factor, context operator). The Iraqi government insurance companies (National Insurance Company, Reinsurance Company, Iraqi Insurance Company) were selected as a community to conduct the current research. The research problem was represented by a main question that what is the impact of the organizational values structure on the decision-making process in the Iraqi governmental insurance companies?. In order to answer the question posed, (366) questionnaires were distributed to workers in the mentioned companies, where (297) questionnaires were retrieved from them, and were subjected to statistical analysis, using the statistical programs represented by (SMARTPLS, SPSS V 24). The research found that there is a significant and statistically significant influence relationship for organizational values in the decision-making process.
