The significance of the conditional sentence in Al-Sharif Al-Murtada’s poetry selected models

Abstract

The research showed that the Sharif poet Al-Murtada that the conditional sentence with all its types that he formed was that it absorbed his experiences in all honesty, so it was a certain expert in clarifying his experiences, and the tool (the conditional) decisive for the two verbs involved in the past and present tense constituted a semantic and temporal dimension, so it took its appropriate place in his poems to clarify the poet’s experience of what It has an indicative effect that absorbs the state of sadness and joy that the poet lives in. The conditional sentence formed a supportive tool for the poet’s desire, sadness, sorrow, and pleasure, emanating from psychological motives he stated through those sentences. It varied with the diversity of subjective experiences, and included the purposes of lament, praise and pride. Delicate and far from complex, it achieved harmony with poetic texts, through which it sought to exploit the expressive energies inherent in the language, trying to express it appropriately and to show his experience and emotion to the recipient.
