Abstract

In addition,  the follow-up of women's issues and their social and cultural protection  stems from the urgent need for their protection from all forms of abuse, abuse  and manifestations of abuse committed against them, in addition to the fact that all societies measure their progress by measuring the extent of women's protection in social aspects  International treaties play a key role in ensuring equality between men and women in social rights and recognizing that gender discrimination is a violation of women's rights.
