The connection between literature and politics is one of the important fields of interdisciplinary studies, especially in Iran, where politics is completely tied to literature. Undoubtedly, a large part of the political field and experience can be found in literary texts. In our mystical literature, too, the politics of presence is constant, but delicate and complex. Jalaluddin Mohammad Balkhi is one of the mystical poets in the field of Persian literature, whose spiritual Masnavi has been translated into various languages, including Arabic, in recent years. Among these, we can mention the translation of Abbas Zuleikha. The translation has some shortcomings despite the tedious effort that the author has endured in the translation process. In this article, we try to examine and analyze the shortcomings in the translation of Masnavi Manavi's political poems by descriptive and analytical methods and by comparing the translated text with the Persian text of Masnavi, and finally obtain a suitable translation.
One of the most important needs of the article is to mention these cases. In terms of vocabulary, the translator has not used good Arabic equivalents in some cases and in some cases has omitted or added. At the level of structure and grammatical roles, Arabic translation also faces shortcomings.
