Abstract

The Islamic street of murder, like other allegations that are the place of punishment for punishment, punishment and blood money, have provided means to prove that the vast majority of the great Imami scholars mentioned these methods in their jurisprudence. The books of these methods are: acknowledgment, evidence, qasama. In this article, he discusses the second reason for proving murder, which is the evidence. Evidence in the language means the argument and the clear reason, and in the term it means the martyrdom of two just persons. The results of this study show that first: the killing is proven by two just witnesses, and there is no effect on the testimony of the woman alone or with the testimony of the man. Third: The testimony of witnesses must be unified. Fourth: In the event of a conflict between the testimony of witnesses, the judgment of retribution shall be cancelle
