the order is one of the common topics between various scientific fields, so spread its research in the books of grammar, rhetoric, jurisprudence, origins, interpretation and law, and each studied according to its specialty and the field of its knowledge, its research sculptor in terms of formulas and semantics, and focused research rhetoricians in its real and metaphorical purposes, and sought jurists to derive their the interpreters had their efforts in studying the formulas contained in the Holy Quran and its statement, especially those that differ from what the sculptor mentioned, and was credited The legal order as the superior and binding, the superior is the character of the commanding officer , and the binding is the character of the commanding sides. Perhaps the study of the matter in the legal-on its importance – The title of our research ((the matter between the grammarians and the jurists a comparative study)), we began to define the matter language and terminology, then we moved to the grammatical formulations indicating what the jurists used them and what they neglected, and researchers for the reasons of that use and neglect according to the legal and grammatical logic , these axes represent the solution : Is the legal use of the order different from the grammarian? How different is that use? In addition, what are its characteristics? With the premise that the jurists have privacy in their use is different from the sculptor, and the statement of that privacy and its explanation is evident in the finding of this research.
