Research Abstract
The current research aims to find out:
- What is the level of technological literacy of physics teachers?
- Are there statistically significant differences in technological enlightenment due to the gender variable (male, female)?
And in order to achieve the objectives The researcher also prepared a measure of technological enlightenment, which includes (48) items distributed over five areas, and the psychometric properties of each of them were extracted, represented by honesty and stability, Determining the current research community of secondary school teachers in secondary schools / scientific branch in the whole of Babylon Governorate for the academic year (2021 - 2022)
The researcher used the stratified random sampling method in selecting physics teachers, and the number of the sample members was (200) male and female teachers, and the number of the sample was (100) male and female (100) female teachers.
1.Physics teachers possess an average level of technological literacy in order to possess the teaching competencies that qualify them to perform their role successfully.
2.There are statistically significant differences in technological enlightenment according to the gender variable (male, female) that are attributed to males.
