Abstract:
The problem of the unemployment is considered as one of the social economic problems for many reasons stand behind it, in advance of these causes the crisis that the society subjected to, it expresses of the structure shortage and withdrawal in the performance of the related foundations with treating like this problem, this is never done except through build state of establishments and enact laws on the level of the two public and private sectors.
