The current era is characterized by the increasing growth of knowledge, the era of informational and technological wealth, which has become a major challenge for all scholars because of its cumulative nature of knowledge, which in turn has led to an emphasis on human cadres capable of keeping pace with scientific and technological progress capable of succeeding with the rapid changes imposed by the nature of this Progress over any society, as well as emphasizing the major basic concepts as elements for linking facts and concepts, which helps the learner to keep pace with the increasing growth of this knowledge, and this in turn requires educational directions with a high degree of efficiency to confront this progress and adopt future directions ().
