Research Summary

The current research aims to propose a Model for evaluation the performance of graduate degree holders of physics teachers in the Ministry of education in the light of comprehensive quality standards (105) teachers and teachers , and they constituted more than 25% of the original research community . and to investigate the goal of research , the researcher prepared a proposed model to evaluate the performance of physics teachers who hold graduate degree working in the ministry of education in the light of the comprehensive quality standard , which in its initial form consisted of (44) paragraphs . the result showed that the approved quality standard occupied the following order . teaching activity , personal characteristics and professional ethics, research and scientific activity , and community service . in the light of the results of the research , a set of conclusion was reached , and the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of adopting the proposed model and creating the possibilities that help to apply it in a similar way , as he suggested a set proposals
