The role of the dimensions of the learning organization in achieving strategic leadership at the Northern Border University in Arar

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of the dimensions of the learning organization in achieving strategic leadership at the Northern Border University in Arar by revealing the dimensions of the learning organization at the Northern Border University in Arar with the following dimensions (the learning dimension, the organizational dimension, the individuals dimension, the knowledge dimension, the knowledge dimension technology) and determine the degree of availability of the level of achieving strategic leadership at the Northern Border University in Arar with its dimensions (entrepreneurial thinking, pioneering culture, pioneering leadership), and revealing the contribution of the dimensions of the educated organization to achieving strategic leadership at the Northern Border University in Arar, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was followed. The sample consisted of (293) members and leaders from (1231) . A questionnaire was built that consisted of two axes: the first measures the degree of dimensions of the learning organization, and the number of its paragraphs was (30) paragraphs, and the second axis measured the dimensions of strategic leadership, and the number of its paragraphs was (18) paragraphs distributed at a rate of (6) Paragraphs for each dimension, and the validity and stability of the study tool was confirmed by applying to the survey sample. The study concluded that the practice of the dimensions of the educated organization in the total degree (medium) from the point of view of the sample members and leaders at the Northern Border University in Arar, with an average of (2.92), and all dimensions appeared with a medium degree of practice, and the learning dimension came in the first rank and with an average Arithmetic (3.05), then the dimension of knowledge (2.96), then the dimension of organization (2.94), then the dimension of technology (2.90), then "the dimension of individuals in the last rank with an arithmetic mean of (2.75) as it was found that the practice of leadership dimensions The strategy, from the sample members’ point of view, was “medium” with an arithmetic average of (3.34), the “entrepreneurial thought” dimension came in the first rank (3.37), then the “entrepreneurial culture” dimension came in the second rank with a medium degree (3.33). While the dimension of "entrepreneurial leadership" came in the third rank, with a medium degree of (3.32), and it was found that the highest degree of contribution was to the dimension of learning (38%), individuals (27%), technology (15%), knowledge (11%) and organization (7%). Training leaders with strategic leadership skills according to adopting the approach of educated organizations and working to build clear and specific standards that contribute to increasing opportunities for innovation, creativity and initiative to achieve global leadership strategy.
